Welcome to Big George’s Pool Care! We’re a dedicated team passionate about taking the stress out of pool ownership for busy people. Based in Henderson and proudly serving Paradise, NV, our mission is simple—to deliver pool care services you can trust, all with a smile.

Our clients range from new movers discovering the joys of pool ownership to long-time owners ready to hand over the maintenance to experts. One of our specialties is transforming neglected pools back to swim-ready perfection with our “green to clean” service. It’s just one example of how we make life easier for our customers.

Meet Our Team

Zach

Pool Technician

Zach is a valued member of the Big George’s Pool Care team who takes pride in providing dependable, high-quality service. He’s always looking for ways to grow his skills and improve — and when he’s off the clock, he’s usually upgrading his own backyard paradise, because a pool project is never truly finished in his book.

Outside of work, Zach enjoys spending time with his three daughters and making memories with his family.

Adam

Founder and Head Coach

In addition to repairs and upgrades, Adam is responsible for hiring, training and of course coaching our team. He graduated from the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) and has lots of business experience since he's old :)

Darren

Pool Technician

Darren is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) who brings focus and consistency to every pool he services. He takes pride in doing things the right way and making sure each customer’s pool stays clean, clear, and running smoothly.

Outside of work, Darren enjoys staying active at the gym and previously spent time rock climbing — until a recent shoulder injury temporarily benched him. When he’s not working or working out, he enjoys spending time with his sphynx cats and unwinding at music events. His disciplined mindset and attention to detail carry over from his personal interests straight into his work.

Faiqah

Accounting

Faiqah keeps the financial side of Big Georges running smoothly, like ensuring we get paid on time. This allows the team to focus on maintaining your pool. In her free time, she enjoys reading fiction and spending quality time with her family. Fun fact, Faiqah doesn't know how to swim, but it's on her list!

Alfredo 

Alfredo is a Certified Pool Operator who brings knowledge, energy, and attention to detail to the Big George’s Pool Care team. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he’s committed to delivering dependable, high-quality service and making sure every pool he visits looks its best.

Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys hiking, backpacking, competitive paintball, and listening to audiobooks.

Fun fact: He’s a Certified Master Scuba Diver and has summited Mt. Whitney twice. He’s also a proud husband and dad and shares his home with two pups, Churro and Nori.

Billy

William, who goes by Billy, is a dependable member of Big George’s Pool Care team known for his positive attitude and strong work ethic. An avid learner, he’s always looking for ways to sharpen his skills and better serve our customers.

When he’s not working, Billy enjoys playing softball and golf, cooking up something good in the kitchen, and spending time with family and friends.

Greg & Shelby

Greg is a dedicated member of Big George’s Pool Care team and is often seen working alongside his wife, Shelby. Together, they bring a strong work ethic and take pride in providing dependable, high-quality service.

Outside of work, Greg and Shelby enjoy hiking at Mt. Charleston and spending time relaxing in the peaceful mountain setting.

Big George

Chief Inspiration & Pool Supervisor

Meet Big George, the inspiration behind Big George’s Pool Care.

George is a 6-year-old Weimaraner who serves as our Chief Supervisor and Head of Morale. He keeps an eye on the team (usually from a shady spot) and reminds us that great service comes from loyalty, consistency, and doing things the right way.

While he doesn’t actually clean pools, he does make sure the team keeps standards high — and spirits even higher.

Fun fact: despite working for a pool company, George doesn’t actually swim. He prefers supervising from poolside. 🐾
